Login to the GCS-HotSpot system and the first thing you do is print tickets based on any period of time you need. Then print the tickets and you’re ready to go.

Printed tickets are formatted to Standard Avery Form Business card stock so they are easy to produce on your own printer when you need them. It is so easy to use you can upload your own logo to customize the login screens and the printed Access Tickets.

At this point you’re in business and ready to go and your clients can use their credit card to buy these tickets online or at your front desk. You set the pricing for your access tickets and you keep all the profits.

Now we’ll show you how easy it is to monitor your system status using the Admin control panel. You’ll notice that the color changes depending on the status of each Mesh Node. Green is Running Perfectly, Yellow is recognized but may have a temporary problem and Red is logged in the system but is having a problem that requires a reset.

A very important point to make regarding this is that Theft tracking is automatically built in as each Mesh Node reports it’s location back when plugged in again.
